Stories in Seville: Online Workshops with Alim Kamara and Chené Swart

As part of our first transnational workshop in Seville, participants joined online sessions with storytelling experts Alim Kamara and Chené Swart. Alim, a British-Sierra Leonean rapper and storyteller, shared how voice, movement, and authenticity can transform storytelling into a powerful tool for connection and empowerment. Chené, a practitioner of narrative therapy, guided participants through reflective questions that reveal how stories shape identity, relationships, and possibilities for the future. Together, their workshops highlighted storytelling as both a creative art and a practice for re-authoring the world we live in.
